We have recently changed billing services, please review the payment options below carefully before remitting payment.
Payment Options
We have several options for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, checks, and an online payment option.
Though payment is expected in full once statement is received, you may contact our Billing Service directly at 541-516-1173 to discuss your financial situation and possible payment options. View our Terms & Conditions, and scroll down for your preferred method of payment.

It’s easy, convenient and secure to pay your bill online with our Patient Payment Portal.
It is important to have your laboratory bill available.
Please CLICK HERE to make payment. You will need the 16 digit Patient Account # and Statement ID from your bill to make payments here.
If you do not have Patient Account # or your Statement ID please call billing customer service at 541-516-1173.
Pay by Phone
For services prior to June 1, 2022 please call 314-627-1993 to pay by phone (please have your 6-Digit account number available if possible). Only payments can be made to this number, for additional inquiries (ie statement copies) please contact our Front Office at (541) 770-4559.
For services after May 31, 2022, you may call 541-516-1173 and follow the prompts (requires the 16 digit account number from the invoice).

Insurance
If you are insured we will bill your insurance carrier from the information provided by your referring Provider. If you are self-pay you will receive a statement detailing the services and charges.
We accept the health plans of many different insurance companies and health networks throughout our service area. Vista Pathology Laboratory, LLC recommends that patients verify participation, coverage levels and benefit criteria with their health plan authorized representative prior to receiving services.
