Michael L. Wang, MD, PhD
Pathologist
Dr. Wang is a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist with subspecialty training and board certification in dermatopathology (skin pathology). He is particularly interested in skin pathology given the broad range of types of neoplasms that occur in the skin as well as the importance of clinicopathologic correlation in diagnosing inflammatory skin diseases.
In addition to his medical training, Dr. Wang also earned a PhD degree studying Niemann-Pick Type C disease under the mentorship of Nobel Prize winners Drs. Michael Brown and Joseph Goldstein.
In his time away from work, Dr. Wang enjoys fly fishing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his family.
